Pricing

Timeportal® is billed monthly based on the number of employees that are given accounts on the system.

$30

CAD per employee per month + tax.

• the first month is free
• tax is based on your province
• you must enter a valid credit card for ongoing automatic billing after the first month
• your credit card will be charged automatically at the end of each month of use
• you can suspend your account any time (by yourself) - which will stop access to the account and stop billing
• you can cancel and delete your account at any time (by yourself) - which will delete all of your data and stop billing
• suspending your account will become active immediately, but you will still be billed for the current month
• canceling your account will take effect immediately and you will not be billed for the current month
• for example, if you open an account on July 15:
  • you will need to enter credit card information before Aug 15 to continue using your account
  • your credit card will be charged on Sep 15 for the time period Aug 15 to Sep 15
  • your credit card will continue to be charged on the 15th of each month afterwards until you cancel or suspend your account
  • if you canceled your account on Sep 14 you would end up not paying anything
• if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will cancel and refund you up to one month of fees
• if you have more than 25 employees we might be able to negotiate a fixed rate - please contact us to discuss your options
• if you have more than 10 employees and would prefer not to pay by credit card - please contact us to discuss your options
